1. What does the booking process with you look like?
After you fill out the inquiry form, we will contact you and schedule a free phone consultation. After that, if you are ready to move forward, we will sign a contract of engagement. After your deposit is received, your date will be officially secured on our calendar.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely. Every wedding is so different and we always try to customize our packages to accommodate your needs.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited gallery?
You will receive a teaser gallery within 48 hours of your event or session. 1-2 hour sessions will be delivered within two weeks. Full wedding galleries are delivered within two months.
4. Can we receive raw files?
Yes! You can receive all your raw photos or videos for additional cost.
5. Is it possible to have an all female team with you?
Yes. We have lots of weddings that require all female professionals. Whether you need photography, videography or both we got you! Everything will be edited by female as well.
6. How do you keep our files secure?
All of our cameras are equipped with dual recording which means that all your photos and videos will be simultaneously saved to two SD cards in real time. Upon returning to the office, we copy all files to an external hard drive and store the SD cards. We only reformat the SD cards after your full gallery and film are delivered.
